Carine Schermann wins selective dissertation Fellowship at Boston College

It is my greatest pleasure to announce that our doctoral student Carine Schermann (French) was selected as one of the recipients of the Boston College African and African Diaspora Studies Dissertation Fellowship (2025-2026). This is a highly selective residential fellowship that will allow Carine to complete her dissertation and interact with other doctoral student scholars pursuing innovative and interdisciplinary projects in dialogue with critical issues and trends within the field of African & African Diaspora Studies.
